Loss smell and foul smell,dry throat

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I used paracetamol 3days back for my bosy pain and cold,after use i got cured but i had loss of smell and today i get a foul smell inside my nose and dry throat with buring sensation,and ive tested negative for covid
