Loss of cervical lardosis
Good day, I am suffering from loss of cervical lardosis so which exercise is best for to maintain my cervical issue within a month.and is there any medicine also available for that problem or only exercise is best.

Good day. Since you mentioned you have loss of cervical lordosis, this must have been confirmed on an xray or someone must hav palpated it. It points out to muscle spasm of mainly the neck muscles inclusive of the trapezius and levators. Hot water pack will help in some way to bring down the spasm. Also electrotherapeutic modalities will accelerate the spasm to be brought down. Once the spasm is better, pain will reduce which in turn gives the green signal for exercises. Isometric neck exercises are good ones to start with.
