Loss of appetite and taste
Since three days I have no appetite and lost the taste of anything. I am taking food undesirably. Vomiting not happening. Please tell appropriate treatment to improve appetite.

Have warm home made food. Drink luke warm water. Have a strict diet schedule. Follow a routine lifestyle. Get good sleep. Avoid stress.
