Mainly this is due to age. Oldage common problems are loosing control over stool and urination , sleeplessness , loosing higher mental functions. Consult Neurologist and take proper treatment. Along with modern treatment ,  Homoeopathy is one of the best treatment in this conditions. Consult me or Homoeopathic doctor online or offline and take treatment.
