Lose bowl movement
My 14 days old daughter is having lose bowl movement along with some fart today. She did 3 times since morning. What can be given to her or her mother in this situation. I contacted my pediatrician but he is not reachable so asking any doctor here. Thank you.

Require more info about ur child 1. Wt of the child? 2. Exclusively mother feed? Assuming ur child is term born and weighting between 2.5-3 kgs at present. Ask the mother to keeping feeding mother milk adequately and frequent. U can use Colicaid drops 0.3ml once to relieve flatulance. Kindly monitor child activity and cry and urine output. If urine output is good , child taking feeding well and not lethargic. Nothing needs to be done. If any deviation from this kindly consult nearby Pediatric an immediately.
