Take care of hydration. Give ORD and home based fluids like shikanji, coconut water and daal ka paani. Keep a watch for decreased urine output, blood in stools, fever , decreased intake or lethargy. Consult in case if any of these. Take care.

Loose stool are commonly due to viral infection.. they settle down on their own all you need to do during this time is to provide supportive care and prevent dehydration.. Sometimes it may take upto a week for it to settle..
Next Steps
Keep assessing ur child for signs of dehydration. If stool has blood in it it could be Bacterial infection.
Health Tips
If child is not taking orally and has decreased urine plz connect with a pediatrician immediately..
