Loosemotion to baby with reducing substa
My son 3 months old is having loose motions from last 2 days. Stool test showed reducing substance positive report. My baby is exclusively on breast feed. Doctor suggested to stop breast feeding for 3 days and giving him LF100 formula milk. But my baby is not accepting it and if I try to give him he spits the milk and cries a lot. What should I do. Can I keep him breast feeding??

Continue breast milk. This lactose intolerance is usually temporary. Monitor his vitals like urine output, hydration level carefully
