Loose vagina
I am 25 female. I am a virgin. I do heavy weight lifting exercises in gym. Does it loosen the vagina or weaken the pelvic floor?

No reason for loosening at your age. Due to exercise such problem is not possible.

No it will not cause bad effect on your vagina and pelvic floor.But you have to do Pelvic floor exercise also.Like breath holding , upward lifting of pelvic floor.For details contact me through practo online.
