Loose stools and watery diarrhea
Hi all, I had constipation from January and that resulted in anal fissure which took till March to heal. In March I switched to a diet based on nutritionist advice. Ever since I started the diet, I'm having loose stools and sometimes watery diarrhea. It's been 35 days since I started the diet. I have attached the diet chart. Could this be causing diarrhea? Today I had one episode of watery diarrhea which hurt the anal region and has resulted in the anal fissure again. Is the diarrhea due to the diet? I feel my stomach is moving a lot and it makes a lot of noise just before the diarrhea. I don't have other symptoms such as stomach pain, fever, tiredness. What do I do so that there's no constipation or diarrhea
