Loose stool after dtwp vaccine, actually he does such stool once atleast in a day, so I am not sure it is loose or normal I have entrogem (5ml) repsule how much can I give , and rest do I need to throw away baby is 3.5 months old kindly guide attaching pic

Hello ! Give 0.5 ml twice daily for 3 days . Remaining put in a refrigerator. 1 hr Before giving take it frm fridge .
