i can understand your concern,
give the child lots of fluids like mother's milk and ORS, that much is usually enough. the main thing in loose motions is to not let de hydration happen.
for further prescription , you need to get him checked out by a paediatrician in person.
we cannot suggest any medication in such cases without examining the patient.
don't try to give him any over the counter drugs.
