Continue breastfeeding frequently.
Baby is active accepting feeds well check urine out put .Baby is active give Econorm sachet 1/2 morning night with 10 ml milk for 5 days .
If baby dull not active increased frequency of stool consult your doctor immediately.

First remember hygiene, ORS, banana, curd, help a lot I give nutrolin B syrup. It probiotic iis not anti biotic . It is good bactria which help in fighting bad bactria. .If need be I give furoxone syrups which kills pathogens. To be given for 3- 4 days . There are many other drugs which are good but more toxic.
