Care AI Shimmer
Firstly,stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if  doing so. Give 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Use syp ondem 30 mins before meals for vomiting,give ors after every loose motion if watery. If not improving in 2-3 days,consult your paediatrician.
