Loose motions, Fever, Cough
Sir,
I have been suffering from cough and fever for last 4 days. I also had vomiting yesterday and I cannot digest food. I'm only eating few spoons of khichdi which is coming out after a few hours almost undigested.
Any help would be greatly helpful.

This seems to be some INFECTIVE cause. Either viral or bacterial. Some other causes are also possible.do u have chills along with fever or rigors. ? How are the motions ? Any abdominal or chest discomfort. ? Any pain anywhere. ? Malaria etc also need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
have plenty of fluids. semi-solid diet. maintain hydration. take small frequent meals.
