Dear Practo user, Probably your father is suffering from Acute gastroenteritis. Give him soft diet. Avoid oily and spicy food. Tablet Ciplox TZ twice a day, Tablet Ondem MD 4 MG three times a day, Tablet Pan 40 twice a day, Tablet Lomotil twice a day. Give him ORS or electral powder with water. Monitor urine output. Consult with your doctor if required.
