  4. Loose motion. To give for one day more?

My child is 4years old..weight is 16.44kg..she was suffering from loose motion..vomiting...gas problem...doctor gave her..zn20 syrup...econorm sachet 250mg...lanzol junior tablet...econorm doctor told to give two sachets twice a day for total 3days...I gave her 2sachets twice a day for 2days...do I need to give for one day more? Or its ok if I stop giving now...plz suggest

Give econorm 1 sachet in the morning and night for total 3 days and stop.So give for one more day.
