  4. Loose motion. He is breastfeeding only!

My baby is 4 months old boy he is active but he is pooping almost more than 10 times per day I'm using darolac medicine by my pediatric suggestion but no result can anyone tell me is it normal or can I have to do something and he is breastfeeding only

If the baby is not losing weight, passing urine, active and playful,  nothing to worry about. Little quantity motions are normal.
