[ ] Loose motion can be due to bowel infection or some times drug induced. The most important aspect is to take plenty of oral liquids / ORS powder 2-3 teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water for 3-4 times a day.Probiotics help a lot in this respect. There are certain anti secretory medicines and antibiotics used to combact intractable diarrhoea. Chronic diarrhoea happens mainly due irritable bowel syndrome which has a totally different line of management.Be on semisolid / liquid diet. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this

I would advise you to visit the ER and undergo further evaluation and investigations to find the underlying cause of the loss of weight. It is likely that you aren't able to digest chicken so avoid solid foods at present and have a liquid diet. The following lifestyle changes may help with increasing your weight: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. Do visit the ER to find the underlying cause.
