I had loose motions few months back. Till dat time my digestion n motions were fine. I had chicken n den i got loose motion. Although i recovered my digestion is not dat great now. I get loose motions now n den. I am really tired with dese i have stopped eating non veg and have been on a veg diet since den. Kindly advise what to do

Hi there...you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract...A stool examination will help in confirming the diagnosis.... Drink plenty of fluids,coconut water,avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

I can understand your concern.
There is an infection which is going on.
Thats why there are loose motions.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Do not eat outside foods.
Tab. Zenflox plus twice a day after food for 5 days.
Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day before food for 3 days.
Tab. Rantac-D twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Drink ORS or Electral.

It is distressing to have frequent loose motions...need to check chronic giardia or amoeba infection in you and treat accordingly...gall bladder screen is also needed
