Hi.the above symptoms are suggestive of acute gastroenteritis which may be the result of some food poisoning..so a clearer history is needed..I would advise that u consult a physician so that he take a history and prescribe you the necessary medications

- have plenty of fluids to replace the electrolytes that are lost during loose motion - avoid spicy, oily or fried food( have more of a bland diet) - have small meals every 2-3 hours
