Loose Motion
From past 3-5 days back i was having a kind of constipation problem but from past 2 days i am having loose motion just after i took the food(after 4-5 hrs), i also feels vomiting if i took little more food than usual, even i didnt get proper sleep at night due to this and after i sleep my throat feels dry(i took appx 3 litre of water a day) i dont know why. I am not feeling hungry and when took food something happens in stomach and within 4-5 hrs all comes out as loose motion and not getting any energy as earlier. Pll help me to get cure asap cause i have lot of pressure on me daily. Thank You🙏
