Loose motion due to Ecoli infection
My son is having loose motion from 19th April. We consulted doctor and he was suggested zincogut and Entrogermina medicine. The motion was not getting in control, requested Dr to provide antibiotics, dr prescribed Taximo Forte. The motion was normal till we have antibiotics. After antibiotics dose was over, the motion started again. We did stool Culture test and Dr told that Ecoli infection is there and we have to monitor him until he gets fever. My son has lost weight due to loose motion. Please suggest.

If you are giving bottle feeding to your child you need to stop. Also stop giving milk and milk product to your child. Give as much as possible normal diet.
