Had outside food yesterday ,since morning gone one time but motion was loose.Also bad smell burp ...pls suggest

Take ors 1 litre in smal sips over 24 hours.take light soft diet if tolerated.can take gelusil mps 10 ml thrice daily for 2 days Looks like food poisoning,will settle if mild.if symptoms do not get better in a day,antibiotics may be needed.Please consult.
