Home remedies for diarrhea include staying hydrated with electrolyte-rich drinks like coconut water or sports drinks, consuming bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), trying probiotics or yogurt with live cultures, taking ginger or peppermint tea, and avoiding spicy, fatty, or high-fiber foods.
