Loose belly after c-sec
I had two cesareans and three abortions, now my lower abdomen is like a loose bloating bag... With which I am really ashamed off is there any exercise to get in shape again.

Diet and exercise is the answer. This loose belly is because of fat and untonned muscles. Quit sugar. Rope skipping and doing plank abdominal exercise as much as possible will bring it in shape
