Loose anal skin after haemorrhoids
I was diagnosed with piles last year and it was treated. I don't have any digestion issue now but the skin around my anus has become loose , like a small lump hanging at a corner, the lump is not covering the anal area completely, it's not painful nor bleeds, its loose skin, sometimes it shrinks but enlarges a bit after I pass hard stool(sometimes). I don't want to go for surgery. Please help. I had used Spear ointment before during the treatment.

Suggest you have a proper examination at your local hospital general surgery department. The lump you mention is called an external pile and can get very painful if the vein is thrombosed(clotted). The loose skin tags seen in patients with piles are called  sentinel piles and do not need treatment/ or can be removed in case of surgery for internal piles. Internal piles are painless, unlike the external because the nerve supply is different. Your surgeon can also use a proctoscope(a lighted, small metal instrument) to check if you have internal piles. Hope this helps.
