Looks like gum boil
My son is 2.5 years old. His both upper left and right center teeth is completely being decayed. 3 months before, pus was coming from gum above right center teeth. After consultation with local dentist, it was cured with the help of MOX antibiotics. But after one month later, pus is coming from gum above left center teeth. So again we gave Clavam once and also we give Wincer gel at gum from where pus is coming from last one month. But is not getting cured. Again I consulted with one dentist and he suggest me to give him syrup Mox cv. As due to Covid-19, I am not able to visit any dentist so requesting to please do proper diagnosis and suggest me right medicine for the same so that this issue gets cured properly. Thanks.

Seems like you have already visited a dentist thrice. I’m sure a treatment plan also must have been suggested to you. Please follow that. Many people believe that these are just milk teeth and won’t affect much but that’s not the case. Please get treatment done. Antibiotics are meant to give only temporary relief and does not completely prevents the problem. I would suggest you to get the dental treatment suggested done as soon as the covid condition gets better. Till then you need to give antibiotics again for the infection
Next Steps
Consult a dentist again and please follow the treatment plan

Hi there , As per what you r saying i assume that the kid has decayed upper front teeth. Please understand that  the antibiotics and pain killers are meant for temporary relief only. What was prescribed is correct. However you should consult a pedodontist at the earliest for a pediatric root canal procedure to save the teeth till the permanent ones errupt and that will be a permanent soultion.
Next Steps
consult a pedodontist
