Having issues with depression for around 10 or so years, suffered with self destructive behavior, may be suffering from anhedonia or autism not sure.

It will be  better if you provide complete history of your lifestyle and problems you're facing in your daily routine,that will help us to rule out which triggers you to do such behaviours. Better you get consultation and assessment done by an experienced counselling psychologist to overcome this issue. Untill then you can do relaxation exercise . As u mentioned here as an software engineer we understood that u may be under pressure as software engineer in this lockdown .sitting in front of laptop for long duration may also leads to stress and other health issues. **Try to relax every two hours with some breathing exercises. **If possible do Jackson's relaxation exercise twice a day for the whole body.which will help you at present. 1.Take frequent break 2.Go for outing 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Reduce screen time if possible 5.Talk to your friends and family members 6.Consult psychologist for counselling 7.Consult psychiatrist if you need medication regarding your issues if it's more serious 8.regular exercise to balance your life without pressure 9.healthy sleep habbit will also help you.
