Look like purple in Anus
Hi Dr. I noticed this bump on my ANUS2 days ago and yesterday. It was a little more purple today. It is a little more normal. I am very scared every time. I look at it. When will it go? Can you tell me what it is. I am very scared. It is a little pointy to Touch by my finger, and when I remove the picture, it looks like this. I am very scared. Please help mewhat it is. Please give me diagnosis and what I can do. I have Health anxiety and I feel like dying, is it cancer?

It looks like thrombosed hemorrhoids. Nothing to worry about. Requires medicines. Take
Tab. Oflox Oz twice a day (after meals) ×5 days.
Tab. Nexpro 40 mg twice a day( before meals) × 5 days.
Tab. Enzoflam twice a day (after meals) for 5 days
Sitz bath-- twice a day for 7 days ( sit in tub of warm water for 10 minutes) --> do this twice or thrice a day.
Apply Ointment Anovate ointment twice a day for 7 days.

Dont strain while passing motions. Take high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. and increase water intake.
