Iam experience in long sight problem for the past few months.
I cannot read the long sign boards properly.
What are the remedies other than wearing glass and lens?

Do you have prescription lenses?
If your vision improves with lenses you may consider refractive surgery options.
If you are developing degenerative problems i retina then we need to discuss on different lines.
