Long term nasal congestion and cold

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have been having constant cold and sometimes cough since many years ..more than 15 years .Recently underwent turminoplasty and septoplasty after which the nasal blockage is not there ..but there is still cold that is always present alongwith cough.During chest examination at the time of turminoplasty ,it was mentioned in the report 2 things .. Prominent bronchovascular markings are noted in bilateral lower zones and Linear Fibrotic opacity is noted in right mid zone Can you suggest what are these findings and if they are a concern ..Advance clinical corelation and followup was mentioned in the report

Surgery is bad in these cases.. usually these symptoms are due to allergy and that needs to be corrected by medicines.. Chest xray findings suggest old infection.. Take some anti allergic to control your symptoms along with steroids nasal spray .. and consult an allergy specialist
