Long term Jock Rash
I have suffered Jock Rash for many years. I have tried many treatments, but the best that seems achievable is to manage the symptoms.
The cause has never been diagnosed beyond 'sensitive skin'.
I wonder if a circumcision might be the solution to the problem. Hygiene is one of the reasons why circumcision is practiced, would it help my rash?

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Wear loose fitting clothes.
