Long-term daily-remove from inside nose
Long-term issue (+15yrs).Wake to inside left nostril feel thick,inhibit breathing.Remove 'plaque' with finger.No 'picking' slides off easily, no pain.Instant feeling of open-ness. Little residual 'dripping'.No pain.Occurs again by evening, same result. 'Plaque' not scab. Soft, flexible, not sore,curious indentations show the inside shape of nose - circle shapes as if a tube opening and ridges.never asked doc.No medical issues except recent 3yrs vestibular imbalance (labyrinthitus).
