I can understand your concern.
you need to undergo a few tests.
Complete Blood Count, Widal, Malarial Parasite, Dengue serology, HIV, chest x-ray for TB and a other few tests.
if you have already got the tests done, kindly repost the question with all the reports attached so that we can look at them and give you a better opinion.

Persistent fever can signal a hidden infection, which could be anything from a urinary tract infection to tuberculosis. In some cases, cancerous (malignant) conditions such as lymphomas cause prolonged or persistent fevers, as can some medications.....Consult physician and discuss in detail with them about your issues they will guide you further.
