  3. Frequent fever every 2 months. Immunity?

Frequent fever every 2 months
I have been getting frequent fever like every 2 months. After a day or 2 it gets cured with tablets. Just a small change in weather or drinking water causes this. Really fed up of my health condition. Is there any way I can improve my immunity? I am 30 years old male with no drinking or smoking habit
