Long period cycle

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife had a chemical pregnancy last year March. We took 3 months break for TTC as per doctor's suggestion. After 3 months we are trying for baby and it's been 8months since TTC. From last few months my wife is having long menstrual cycle for almost 46-47 days. Can long cycles affect having a baby? What should we do now?
