My penis foreskin is long when i pull it it doesnt gow down too much as comare to others it also effect in having pleasure while doing sex please recommend any kind of cream or something else but it should be healthy for me and it must be steroid free

Thanks for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. It could be an indication of problem known as Phemosis. A condition characterized by tight foreskin opening. It usually presents as difficultly in retracting the foreskin back. It is primarily a surgical case. It needs to be corrected. Depending upon the degree of constriction, the management can be decided. I would also need to know about additional risk factors. About your question of cream, there are no such available. The treatment would be surgical correction of the tight foreskin. It is not a medical but a surgical case problem. If left untreated, it may continue to cause difficulties with sexual intercourse and predispose for penile skin infections.
