I am a 29 year old woman. My period cycle is very long i.e. 56-60 day menstrual cycle. My height is 158 cm and weight is 64-65 kg. I have been trying to concieve since past one year. Is it harmonal imbalace or tyroid or pcod/pcos?? What should I do??

Firstly you need to regularise periods as only in a regular cycle can ovulation be predicted...you can be given tablets monthly to get periods on time and then scans to check ovulation can be done... connect with me online for further consultation...all the best
