Loneliness

Repeated feelings of loneliness and depression that triggers binging on dating apps, which in turn eats away alot of time and energy. And then you're stuck in this cycle. I have friends to count upon, a moderately functional family and job too. Interaction is people is general is fairly active. I love time to myself but I'd like to have a sustaining relationship. Dates don't go well or people don't follow up (vice versa) since I'm ambitious and I'd like someone with a similar work ethic.

You should spend as little time online as possible. Try spending time with real people. Face real situations. You also need a personality profiling. You should visit a psychiatrist who after screening the probable illness can refer you to psychological help.

Engage yourself in some social activity and mingle with unknown people eg. Treks, ngo activities, charity occasions etc. .
You might find someone who matches your expectations of a partner.
Stay away frombdating sites. Those are not 100%  reliable anyway.
If you need mental calm ,Homoeopathy can help you well.
Exercise regularly too.
Relationships happen when they have too.
Nobody can decide when.
If u wish to get married , you can meet prospective partners through arrange marriage system and mingle and see if you can decide for your lifetime.
It might take months but if you click well, you would be happier forever!
All the best !
