Loneliness
I constantly feel I am being ignored at college and at home. I live away from my parents in hostel. My parents are busy to talk to me and whenever they call it doesn't last long, hardly few minutes. I am very much depressed and sad. Parents don't give any attention. I am one who is calling them most of the time and whenever I share about a mishap in my life, they always find ways to find my fault. Even if I go home there is nothing great between me and my mother and I am terribly pissed.

Hi, I can understand how lonely this might be making you feel, people around us may not always be able to recognize or understand our emotional experiences. You might benefit from therapy as it will help you journey towards a greater sense of self-awareness. Depending on what you may need, therapy could help you with better ways to manage your emotions, skills to develop assertiveness and/or effective communication strategies.

U make good friend in college, go out with them, do activities of ur interest like swimming, dancing, etc. If u feel u r being ignored, there might be another person there, who may be facing same problem, get acquainted. If u still feel the same consult a psychiatrist and get counselling and medicine if required.
