Lockdown stress
How do I deal with this irritation caused by this lack of social interaction and going out etc? I tell myself to calm down but it doesn't help much.

You could try maximising your interactions online , granted it won’t be the same but right now we are trying to find a behaviour that could replace and enable us. You could try socialising with people in your current surroundings, understand that most people around you also have the same social needs and your openness to having a conversation with some neighbour you’ve never spoken to could also bring about positive experience.

Lockdown has changed a lot of things in our lives ,since this is the first time we are experiencing such thing due to pandemic it is causing difficulty to deal with it. But instead of getting irritated or spending time being restless or anxious you can try to get normalised with new routine for yourself. - Set up a new routine schedule, include physical exercise that you can practice indoors. - Practice yoga or meditation - Practice sleep hygiene - You can utilise this time to explore your inner self ,try and invest time in a hobby - spend maximum time with your family or friends whoever you are staying with during the lockdown - Utilise online social networking to be in contact with your loved ones.
Next Steps
