Can mental stress cause skin irritation
I've been under a lot of stress lately with my studies. And I've noticed that my skin feels itchy a lot after I started my lessons. This has never happened before. Could my stress be the reason behind this? My skin is constantly itchy for no apparent reason. I don't have allergies or any skin condition. Yesterday, I developed a rash which disappeared after I took an antiallergy tablet. I'm attaching the picture here. This is strange because as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything. Also, I was at home when this happened.
