Report is normal... But sonce you had a miscarriage previously, this time some hormonal support for pregnancy should be started.. You can consult me in person, my clinic is in indirapuram.. You can take address from my practo profile..
Even if you dont want to consult me, plz go to your gynaecologist as soon as possible
