I am facing fatigue , insomnia , lethargy , loss of weight and weakness since a long time , I got this test done yesterday , My nearby doctor is suggesting it's a jaundice . So should I start jaundice medicine or get an Abdomen Ultrasound test?

Jaundice is merely a symptom, like fever. If you start medicine for fever without taking medicine for the cause of fever it doesn’t help you at all. You need to be evaluated for the cause of jaundice. There can be multiple causes for jaundice ranging for gallstones to cirrhosis. So please pursue evaluation to determine cause of jaundice before starting treatment. Of course the treatment of jaundice will depend on the cause of jaundice
