I feel hard breathing in night, at times shivering and then vomiting, after it all well ...bt till vomiting comes out ..m condition becomes very poor. Feeling lethargic, headache, gas pass a lot in night. ...what should I do? Why is it so?

Consult a Gastroenterologist..Consult a physician too.. Gastroenterologist will rule out any gastritis symptoms and basic ECG and chest from Physician to rule out any chest cause or heart ( which is very unlikely)
