Liver haemangioma
In ultrasound report liver haemangioma is seen of size around 12 mm in left lobe of liver. Symptoms are abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Can it be treated with medicines or surgery is required?

For hemangioma of 12 mm size , no treatment is required. Abdominal pain,vomiting could be due to other causes
