Liver function test in pregnancy

Question

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Currently 20 weeks pregnant. As per lft, ALP 161, LDH 286, GGT 82, Albumin 3.1, Albumin globulin ratio 0.9. Rest parameters of lft are normal. Is this an alarming situation? Do I need to consult another gynaecologist ASAP as my current gynae is out of station for ten days.
