We found there is multiple gallstone in gallbladder and advised to operate also in scan report there mentioned liver-16.8 cm and mildly enlarged in size with parenchymal echogenicity. Do I have serious health issues?

Fortunately liver cells are blessed to divide , untill severely and fully damaged ..... So need not to think too much for it ....
Multiple Gaal stones requires surgical intervention, as per anaesthesia requirement you wl have to under go LFT also , so it shall gv a rough estimate of liver well being

Since you have multiple gall stones,surgery is the only option.Surgery will prevent serious complications.
As for liver,need to correlate with symptoms and liver function tests.
To correlate the liver size and echogenic change in liver parenchyma detected on ultrasound scan,get your liver function tests done . Presence of multiple gall stones is an indication for surgery,even if you are asymptomatic.
