Sir my abdomen ct scan report- •On plain study; multiple subcentimetric hyperdense nodules noted diffusely involving both lobes of liver ,showing similar attenuation as in rest hepatic parenchyma. Possibility of---Regenerative nodules .On USG correlation ,liver appears coarse and shows mild surface irregularity . Recanalization of para umbilical vein noted.
°Spleen is enlarged , measuring approx.14.2cm
•portal vein measures approx .13mm
