Liver, cbc and spleen not normal range
I just want to know what further investigation or test my husband will undergo to detect the real cause of his problem.from 2018 - up present still having the same results ultrasound and blood chem. ULTRASOUND Impression: Hepatosplenomegaly LIVER- normal shape, and echopattern with enlarge size.IHD are not dilated.Hepatic vein normal.No Sol seen. Rt. Lobe 15.8cm.Portal vein is normal measuring 9mm. SPLEEN - normal shape,echotexture but enlarged in sized .Bipolar measurement 17.5cm                                  Unit.  Ref range BLOOD CHEM Total Bilirubin 1.53 mg/dl  0.20-1.20 Bilirubin (indirect          1.28   mg/dl   0.0- 1.1 A/G ratio        1.56    mg/dl    0.8-1.2 RDW               15.1     %        11.6-14 Lymphocytes   18       %         20-40 Monocytes  133.2  cu.mm 200-1000 Puscell          3.4       HRF
