Liver, cbc and spleen not normal range.

I just want to know what further investigation or test my husband will undergo to detect the real cause of his problem.from 2018 - up present still having the same results ultrasound and blood chem. ULTRASOUND Impression: Hepatosplenomegaly LIVER- normal shape, and echopattern with enlarge size.IHD are not dilated.Hepatic vein normal.No Sol seen. Rt. Lobe 15.8cm.Portal vein is normal measuring 9mm.
